The 2012 edition of the Embedded Linux Conference Europe has taken place last week in Barcelona. Your editor had a chance to attend this conference, which offered many interesting talks and as usual lots of insightful discussions with other developers.
Amongst the informations available in the conference booklet were the dates and locations for the 2013 editions of the Embedded Linux Conference and Embedded Linux Conference Europe:
- The Embedded Linux Conference will be held on February 20-22, 2013 at the Parc 55 Hotel in San Francisco (United States). It is also worth noting that the Android Builders Summit will take place at the same location, just the two days before, on February 18-19, 2013.
- The Embedded Linux Conference Europe will be held on October 23-25, 2013 at the Edinburgh International Conference Center in Edinburgh (UK). A number of co-located events will also be held at the same place: LinuxCon Europe 2013 on October 21-23, Linux Kernel Summit (invitation-only conference) on October 23-25 and the Automotive Linux Summit on October 24-25.
For now, there doesn’t seem to be any information available about the dates to submit conference proposals, but the deadline for ELC2013 might be fairly close.
